Problem
Over 80% of healthy meal-plan customers ordered once and never came back. FevaFit was pivoting away from a "t-shirt sizing" plan-picking framework and referral marketing toward in-app monetization — which meant the ordering flow itself had to do the selling that referrals used to do, on top of manual vendor payments and decision friction that stalled users before they ever reached checkout.
Process
Wireframes
Wireframed the full ordering flow — marketplace browsing, meal customization, checkout — and shared it with founders Manish and Dennis for a single feedback pass before moving to high-fidelity.
Design system
Built a lightweight design system — color and type scales, spacing, shadows, reusable buttons/cards/inputs — alongside the screens, so two months of solo work stayed fast and visually consistent.
Three principles
Anchored every screen to clarity (plans and options shown plainly), incentive (the 12% discount stays visible through every step), and continuity (a seamless path from the 5-day trial into the 20/40/60-day plans).
Dev-ready handoff
Took the flow from wireframes through high-fidelity to a dev-ready handoff, working solo and directly with the founders — with a full loyalty/points program deliberately left out of scope as an MVP decision, not a cut corner.
Outcome
Within two months, the ordering flow went from a one-page brief to a complete, high-fidelity, dev-ready design — marketplace discovery, guided meal customization, checkout with the discount built in, and a post-purchase loop meant to turn a first order into a habit. The engagement ended at handoff, two months in.
